Caspian Contractors Inc. (MCCI), a subsidiary of J. Ray McDermott,
S.A., operates a portion of the fabrication facility of the Baku
Deep Water Jacket Factory (BDJF), named after the late President
of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev. BDJF is owned by the State Oil Company
of the Azerbaijan Republic and is located 30 km south of Baku,
the capital.
Under contract to the Azerbaijan International Operating Company
(AIOC), MCCI is fabricating integrated decks and installing subsea
pipelines for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 as part of the development
of the ACG fields in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
Under a contract to BP Shah Deniz Exploration Ltd. (BPSD) MCCI
will install subsea pipelines for the development of the Shah
Deniz field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
From MCCI fabrication yard and marine base at BDJF, we offer services
including design, fabrication and installation of offshore platforms
and installation of offshore pipelines for the oil and gas industry.
Ideally situated to serve the requirements of the offshore construction
market in the Caspian, Baku’s strategic location at the
crossroads of Eastern and Western hemispheres allows us to export
our products to the offshore oil and gas industry practically
anywhere in the region, efficiently and cost effectively.
Served
by Baku International Airport and a major road network, the yard
is just a short drive from the center of the capital.
