FABRICATION

Located on 283 acres near Aransas Pass, Texas, the Harbor Island facility is ideally suited for the assembly of large components. The facility features an extensive laydown area and has the capability to fabricate large substructures and topsides for both bottom-founded and floating platforms. Located just three miles from open waters with the 45' deep Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Harbor Island can also be used for outfitting and integration of topsides for floating production systems (FPSO) and drilling units.

The Harbor Island facility will work in coordination with the company's TNG (Talleres Navales del Golfo) facility located in Veracruz, Mexico and the Morgan City Fabrication Yard located in Amelia, Louisiana. Platform components can be prefabricated at either of these two facilities, both of which are linked to Harbor Island via the Gulf of Mexico.
