Responsibilities:
-
To
participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinate
with operational and support groups that provide data for
proposals
-
To review the data provided, ensure
consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals
compile and assume responsibility for completed proposals
-
Assist in the bidding and proposal
process
Requirements:
-
Degree in Engineering,
Construction Management or Business Management
-
Minimum 3 years’
experience in estimating major marine installation and
fabrication of offshore production facilities
-
Additional experience
in other project controls, project planning, cost engineering
and project execution is desirable
-
Experience in proposal
preparation and management presentations as well as good oral
and written communications and presentation skills are a must
-
Strong written and oral
skill in both English and Mandarin.

Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

Establish the Bidding
Schedule and communicate requirements to all inputting
departments

Ensure that the Bid
development and bid inputs remain in accordance with the Capture
Plan strategies developed in advance

Direct and provide
guidance to the Assembly coordinators for the compilation of the
Proposal Document intended for submission to the Customer.

Review regularly the
Proposal Document, to ensure that the requirements of the
Customer are fully satisfied in terms of format, content and
consistency.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Engineering,
Construction Management or Business Management

Minimum 3 - 5 years’
experience in estimating major marine installation and
fabrication of offshore production facilities

Strong knowledge in MS
words, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop is a must.

Experience in proposal
preparation and management presentations as well as good oral
and written communications and presentation skills would be
advantageous
