SITE TRAINER

J. Ray McDermott de Mexico is looking for a Site Trainer who will take the challenge to train our employees and develop the full cycle of training activities.  Initial emphasis will be on new hire orientation and safety training.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for establishing a full training course agenda including all craft training and employee development training.  Position may lead to a supervisor’s role with additional trainers reporting to this position.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering or Technical degree.  Experience delivering safety training in a craft work environment and training experience in the construction industry are required.  In addition you must speak and write English fluently; have strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.  You must be able to compose and edit written material both in English and Spanish and be proficient with MS Office.

The work location is the port of Altamira, in the state of Tamaulipas.
