Project controls form an integral part of JRME's project management services. Effective project management requires a comprehensive system of budgeting, planning, progress evaluation, and cost forecasting. The responsibility for effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of project control systems rests with JRME's Project Controls Group. These include:

JRME's Project Controls Group has the personnel, techniques, systems, and computer applications to provide effective project controls for the benefit of its customers. Additionally, the project controls systems available have sufficient flexibility to accommodate customer needs and preferences.
