RAWWATER INJECTION SYSTEM

The C-FAST rawwater injection system is a commercially attractive alternative to the current topsides seawater treatment facilities, risers and flowline systems that supply water injection well sites for pressure maintenance and sweep purposes.
It consists of:

• A patented tube settler to remove the denser-than-water particles (fine sand)
• A Bernoulli cartridge strainer to remove the neutrally buoyant organic matter
• A multistage centrifugal pump and motor
• Control and power supplies generally configured within a standard API xmas tree guide frame

THIS CAN PROVIDE A 45% TOTAL CAPEX REDUCTION COMPARED TO CONVENTIONAL SYSTEMS.
