Scope:

  • Cost reimbursable contract for the design and specification of all flowline system equipment associated with the tie-in of a three well subsea development to an existing platform.

Description:

  • Performance of conceptual design studies to determine the optimum field development solution
  • Detailed design of two flowlines and risers including all flow assurance and mechanical design
  • Detailed design of a dual flowline, three well, flowline end termination (FET) manifold structure
  • Detailed design of two FET to X-mas tree tie-in spool pieces
  • Preparation of functional and material specifications for all flowline system equipment (line pipe, welding, insulation coating, valves and fittings)
  • Preparation of 'request for proposal' documents and 'technical bid evaluation' for all flowline system equipment
  • Management of all flowline system equipment vendors

Technology & Innovation:

  • Step-out distance from the existing platform to the subsea development is 7 1/2 miles
  • Flowline system equipment designed for high pressures (10,000psi) and extreme temperature conditions (-25º F 60 165º F)
  • Flowline system designed with a 1 1/2" thick insulation coating to ensure hydrate and wax build up does not occur during normal operation
  • Subsea tie-in of the spool pieces to be performed utilizing Atmospheric Diving System
