Scope:
- Cost reimbursable contract for the design and specification
of all flowline system equipment associated with the tie-in
of a three well subsea development to an existing platform.
|

Description:
- Performance of conceptual design studies to determine
the optimum field development solution
- Detailed design of two flowlines and risers including
all flow assurance and mechanical design
- Detailed design of a dual flowline, three well, flowline
end termination (FET) manifold structure
- Detailed design of two FET to X-mas tree tie-in spool
pieces
- Preparation of functional and material specifications
for all flowline system equipment (line pipe, welding, insulation
coating, valves and fittings)
- Preparation of 'request for proposal' documents and 'technical
bid evaluation' for all flowline system equipment
- Management of all flowline system equipment vendors
Technology & Innovation:
- Step-out distance from the existing platform to the subsea
development is 7 1/2 miles
- Flowline system equipment designed for high pressures
(10,000psi) and extreme temperature conditions (-25º
F 60 165º F)
- Flowline system designed with a 1 1/2" thick insulation
coating to ensure hydrate and wax build up does not occur
during normal operation
- Subsea tie-in of the spool pieces to be performed utilizing
Atmospheric Diving System
