- Harmony, in 1,200 foot water depth, was the third tallest
freestanding platform in the world.

Scope:
- J. Ray McDermott responsible for transporting modules from Aransas
Pass, Texas to offshore location west of Gaviota, California,
as well as installing topsides for Heritage & Harmony platforms.

- Use of a highly detailed schedule, integrated with sensitivity
