Scope/Description:

  • Jacket and piles for 392 feet of water with a loadout weight of 4,250 tons. The 420 ft. tall, 4-pile jacket was moved into storage in August 2002 and will be loaded out for installation the first half of 2004.
  • The jacket will serve the Proteus oil pipeline system operated by Mardi Gras.

Innovation:

  • Project went 170,000 manhours with no recordable incidents during the construction phase.
