Scope:

  • Installation of two pipe-in-pipe (PIP) flowlines (6" x 0.719 carrier pipe with 10" x 0.438 Jacket pipe). Both lines sled initiated.

Description:

SERRANO

  • Sled initiated, 6.6 miles of 6" x 10" pipe-in-pipe pipeline and SCR (3,400' WD)

OREGANO

  • Sled initiated, 8.2 miles of 6" x 10" pipe-in-pipe pipeline and SCR (3,400' WD)

Technology & Innovation:

  • Dual Head Varmatt Automatic Welding System with internal line-up clamps
  • Water stops seals / no bulkheads
  • Electric headed pipe-in-pipe system
