Description:
- 94 ft Hard Tank Diameter with 42 x 42 ft. centerwell for
8 production risers, length 241 ft 6 in. Truss length 304
ft 6 in. Soft tank depth 40 ft. Overall Spar length 586
ft with 50 ft hard tank freeboard.

Scope:
- EPIC Contract to provide a complete truss Spar based,
floating workover and production platform with eight dry
tree riser assemblies.
Innovations:
- Worlds deepest Spar located at Mississippi Canyon Block
773 in 5,610 feet of water.
Technology:
- The Spar will be moored by a nine line permanent, taut
catenary system. The mooring will be composed primarily
of jacketed steel spiral strand wire, with 5.75” chain
at each end. The mooring system is secured to the seafloor
with suction pile anchors.
- Top tension for the risers will be provided by buoyant
air cans. Production Risers are single cased with threaded
coupling connectors.
